Administrative Matters & Registration Deadlines

Registration

Registration is open and can be done by sending an email to EHF brantl@eurohandball.com and europeumasterssetubal@gmail.com. Registration will be considered valid upon mail reception and payment confirmation.Once the Tournament Organization confirms the email and payment, you'll get an email confirming your registration acceptance.

Participants

Teams will be accepted on a 'first come first served' basis.

Entry feeEntry fee per team € 1100,00 covering up to 18 players and 4 officials

· Each team can have one referee couple and 1 press (accredited as a press member) exempt of registration fee.

· Additional participant € 90,00

· Child till 12 years old free

Registration fee can be paid two times:

· 600,00€ until end of April

· 500,00€ before 1st of June

Insurance

LOC will provide insurance for the tournament that includes:

· Death: €33,500.00

· Permanent Disability: €33,500.00

· Medical Treatment Expenses (DTR): €5,500.00 (with a €75,00 deductible)

· Funeral Expenses (DF): €3,000.00

Insurance must be ordered and paid till 1st of June.To subscribe the insurance please send the intention to the mail address europeumasterssetubal@gmail.com with players data like full name, date of birth and ID number.

• May 2026 Tournament regulations sent by EHF
• 1st June 2026 – second 50% fee deadline
• 1st June 2026 – delegation lists must be provided to EHF + LOCS
• 17.06.2026 14:00 Accreditation
• 17.06.2026 19:30 Technical Meeting (mandatory for all teams)
• 17.06.2026 21:00 Opening Party
• 18.06-21.06.26 Matches

All dates and times are subject to change, until final entries have been received. A detailed schedule for each category will be created during Spring 2026.

Failure to submit the delegation list by 15 June will require each team to complete the participants' list before every match. Exceptions will be handled during the accreditation process.
